REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS OR OWNERS: For information related to dues status and real estate transactions, contact the Treasurer. Dues are always due January 1 (interest starts accruing March 1); 2024 dues are $625/lot, and there is a $625 transfer fee for real estate transactions.
